Roland Bennett has been a Mortgage Broker since 2002. He’s seen the ups and downs of the country’s Real Estate Market and has been fighting for his clients every step of the way. His experience in multiple market cycles has given him the unique ability to understand his clients goals, and to be able to tailor mortgage products to his clients needs. After the crash of 2008, Roland hung his license with a Mortgage Bank, which allowed him to fund loans in over 20 States as he started to acquire multiple State licenses. Roland’s education in Mathematics and knack for creative writing, gives him and his Team, the ability to help his clients submit loan applications to banks that provide the most efficient mortgage lending solutions possible.

The move back from the Banking platform to the Broker platform in the 4th Quarter of 2019 has opened up the floodgates for his Team to creatively tailor each borrower with the best loan on the market that ALL of the banks offer. Now a full Broker, unlike a Banker, Roland and his team are able to shop all banks for the best deals, and place borrowers into the best loans at the lowest rates, with no fees, and still the personal hand-holding service he has always provided.
